Jenny Lynn Deck
Jennifer is a costume designer and stylist originally from St. Louis, Missouri, now based on the West Coast. She has been designing and creating costumes since she got her first American Girl doll at the age of 10. Some of her more recent credits include; Am I Roxie? at the Geffen Playhouse; and Perfect World at The El Portal Theater. Jennifer has also been designing costumes for Backhaus Dance’s touring company since 2021. In the past few years Jennifer has been styling wardrobe for both commercial and editorial photoshoots for various clients including Mattel Creations, Muji, isima, Paul Mitchell, Shark/Ninja, House of Florals, & ALouise Bridal. Jennifer was also a finalist in the 2019 & 2021 National Her Universe Fashion Competition. She also dipped her toes in the film/television industry designing the short film Blocked, working on HBO’s hit series Insecure, and Megan thee Stallion’s music video for “Ride or Die”. Jennifer graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a MFA in Costume Design. In 2021 Jennifer changed her last name to Deck, but her this email and website live on for continuity’s sake. Some upcoming projects include The Coffin Builder a new musical at the Hudson Theater, Harry Potter: A Hogwarts Express Adventure produced by Rail Events, in conjunction with Universal and WB, and Catch Me if You Can at the Colony Theater.
